PRESSURE CANNING WITH SIZZLE Workshop: How would you like to learn to pressure can healthier food and save money without adding chemicals? Come to our Pressure Canning Workshop and let the Inyo and Mono Counties’ Master Food Preservers show you how! Our workshop will teach you how to Pressure Can your own recipes with Sizzle, buy food on sale and can for the year. We will demonstrate how to use a Pressure Canner safely and we will offer recipes, handouts, handy tips, tricks and FREE Pressure Gauge testing.
