INYO COUNCIL FOR THE ARTS (ICA)
A non-profit program bringing arts into the valley. ICA provides a venue for local artist and musicials to showcase their talent. ICA even reaches out to school age children by sponsoring cultural performances to visit schools, and showcasing a Student Art Show. Each year ICA sponsors the local favorite Millpond Music Festival, Memorial Day Arts and Crafts Show and the Labor Day Arts and Crafts Show held every year at the Bishop City Park.

MOUNTAIN LIGHT GALLERY - Galen and Barbara Rowell
Fine art prints, photo workshops, and stock photography are at the heart of Mountain Light, a multi-faceted business established in 1983 by Galen and Barbara Rowell. Mountain Light Gallery welcomes the public, and Mountain Light’s stock photography department houses an edited collection of hundreds of thousands of Galen’s and Barbara’s color photographs.
